"Caption This Photo Contest!" Contest Rules, Terms and Conditions (March 2019)

Chris Kelly Photography invites fans to enter its "Caption This Photo!" Contest. You must read the following rules, terms and legal conditions before submitting your contest entry.

Chris Kelly Photography "Caption This Photo!" Contest (the "Contest") is open to ALL entrants of at least 18 years of age, except myself (Chris Kelly). The contest is open to all participants regardless of residence or citizenship, so long as the laws of their jurisdiction allow participation.

WHAT TO ENTER:

I am inviting you to come up with a funny caption for the photo already posted! Come up with a clever, funny, or otherwise interesting caption to the "Caption This Photo Contest!" photo posted by Chris Kelly Photography and you may win a free 12x18 Metal Print of your choice, or one of two runner up credits of $30 towards any purchase at chriskellyphotography.ca

HOW TO ENTER:

All captions must be submitted via the Chris Kelly Photography Facebook page in the comment section of the "Caption This Photo Contest!" photo post. Entries submitted elsewhere or via other social media channels will not be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY AND JUDGING:

Fans must be following the Chris Kelly Photography Facebook page in order to be eligible to win. Chris Kelly Photography will verify eligibility before declaring a contest winner.

Entries will be voted on by other fans or visitors and the caption with the most 'likes' will be the winner. If there is a tie, it is possible that an additional prize will be offered or a run off vote.

DEADLINES:

Entries can be added immediately after the "Caption This Photo Contest!" photo has been posted. The deadline for for the contest is 9:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on the Friday March 22nd, 2019.

Chris Kelly Photography reserves the right to adjust any deadline(s) as the result of causes beyond its immediate control.

WINNING ENTRY:

The fans/visitors will select the top three comments via 'likes' with the most winning the 12x18' pick of a metal print from chriskellyphotography.ca

The two runner up with get $30 gift cards that only have value at chriskellyphotography.ca to do towards a future purchase.

The prize-winner(s)' winning caption will be featured on the Chris Kelly Photography Facebook page with the backstory of the image.

SHIPPING:

Chris Kelly Photography will cover shipping to any non remote location in Canada. Should the winner be outside of Canada or a remote shipping they may be required to assist with added cost of having the item shipped to their location.

"Caption This!" Contest: Legal Conditions

If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of completion as planned, including but not limited to, any reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Chris Kelly Photography that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the photo contest, Chris Kelly Photography reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the photo contest.
