Scotland
I crossed the big pond (the Atlantic Ocean) for the first time, with Scotland as the destination. My wife had her heart set on the trip, and I knew I'd have no trouble keeping myself entertained photographing its stunning landscapes and timeless castles.
While the trip wasn't solely focused on photography, I did the best I could within packed days spent trying to take in as much as possible. We had two weeks, which some people questioned—what are you going to do for that long? As it turns out, two weeks wasn't nearly enough to see everything I wanted. I checked off a lot of boxes, but it just means we'll have to go back someday.
I've broken the images into three sections: the Edinburgh area, the Inverness area, and the Isle of Skye. I have so many more photographs from the trip, but these are some of my favourites. I've also linked my videos at the bottom if you'd like to see more.
